Molly continues to have a heart of a public servant and believes that is a privilege to represent people who have been hurt, damaged, or wronged. She takes her role as an advocate seriously.

Molly enjoys taking a limited number of cases per year so she can work closely with her clients.

Recently, Molly was named to the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism by Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Harold Melton.  She is one of twenty-one lawyers from across the state to be named to this Commission.  She is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Cobb Bar Association.

Molly is married to Austin Gillis, who is also her law partner. The couple has two children, Emily and Jack. The family resides near the Marietta Square with their overactive black lab, Woody.  Molly’s philanthropic activities include McKenna Farms, a non-profit organization that utilizes equine therapy to assist special needs children and veterans with PTSD.  In addition, Molly was named as a Woman of the Year Candidate by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and she raised over $118,000 in ten weeks to benefit cancer patients and their families.  She is honored to have been named the Lexie Clayton Community Award recipient by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in recognition of her leadership and collaborative efforts in fundraising.
